Can Zen Meditation Or Yoga Cure High Blood Pressure?
I read in several websites that Zen Meditation & Yoga can reduce high blood pressure and allow you to stop or reduce BP medications. Anybody has experiment that? Thanks

Any form of meditation, if dedicated to will greatly enhance all stress issues. So a big yes to BP.

the key word is reduce. It reduces the incidence of high blood pressure. It does not cure. You could be stuck in traffic with people honking horns and you spilled your coffee and your B.P. would go up.
It relieves stress and so helps reduce hyper’ or high tension. However how many succeed in mental yoga? The easier Hathayoga part ‘Kapalabhati’ (600 forceful expirations) can reduce B.P. by 10 points in 10 minutes and can be easily done while even waiting for a green signal.
