Swadharma is doing ones duty as enshrined by virtue of our position/class in society(such as teacher, administrator, trader or labourer) and by the stage of our life(such as child,student,householder/adult,retired or recluse).Hence, 'order' of mother is part and parcel of this duty,if it is not, better follow swadharma, not mother's as keeping entity is more important than individual.

My swadharma is to search for the truth. Why would a mother's order be against it. Even adi shankara's mother was against his taking sanyas, but she gave in.
If your intention is to do something rash, thinking that to be your swadharma, then mother is ordering against that action, and she is justified.
If your mother is ordering you to do something wrong (morally, legally ) then definitely you can defy that order. If she is pleading you to do something out of love by all means follow it, even if it is a small distraction from your swadharma.
I can not believe a mother would order you against dharma.
. Janani (mother) and janmabhoomi (motherland) are more exalted than even swarg (heaven). Unless it is adharma i would not like to disobey mothers order.
